• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST may be processed on the next business day.
• You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

6. Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages

• Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
• We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
